Refund policy

Returns

Every charmü piece is made by hand in Canada. If something isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us through the contact page at shopcharmu.com with your order number. Items should be sent back unused and in their original condition.

Once we receive and check the item, we will refund the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
